Our mission: Creating homes for Zoe

We wholeheartedly believe that home is an extraordinary place: a haven where life unfolds in all its glory. Where we find solace, make cherished memories with loved ones, and savour the  natural beauty that surrounds us.

Our values shape the way we work, and the decisions we make.

Love

Our mission is founded in our love and respect for people - those we develop for, those in our teams and those in the communities we create and operate within.

Thinking

We believe in the power of thinking. Our rigorous and creative processes create beautifully considered solutions for our purchasers, the communities we develop within and the environment.

Team

Property development is a team sport. We surround ourselves with the best designers and advisers. We strive to create an environment that allows them to do their best work and love doing it.

Zoe

Our mission is to create places for ‘Zoe’ - the Greek word for abundant life. We do this through exquisite design, quality construction and celebrating nature.

Prosker is the full circle realisation of a vision that began 35 years ago, when Founder and CEO Tim Foote pursued his degree in architecture.

Tim brings a rare combination of strategic and commercial expertise to residential development. With a deep understanding of what buyers value and a strong grounding in architecture and construction, he partners with industry leaders to pioneer a new approach to development — one led by a clear set of values and a shared purpose, creating homes for zoe; the Greek word for ‘abundant life'

A first class honours graduate of the University of Sydney, Tim began his career at Lendlease, where he learned the discipline of managing billion-dollar projects. Over the following two decades he founded, grew and sold Belle Property Mosman and Belle Property Neutral Bay, selling more than $3 billion in prestige residential real estate and earning REB Australian Agent of the Year in 2014 from a field of 40,000 agents. In 2023 he graduated from Harvard's Advanced Management Development Program.

Mosman and Balmoral form a natural home base for Prosker.

Tim’s family has a deep connection to Mosman & Balmoral, as they’ve lived here for nearly 120 years. His grandmother was captain of the Mosman Golf Club before its lease was resumed by the Defence Department in 1940. And his grandfather was the local dentist, with a practice opposite Tim’s first Belle Property office. Both his parents were raised in Balmoral and Clifton Gardens, and Tim and his wife have also chosen to bring their four kids up here.

Tim feels a strong connection and responsibility to the Mosman community. His highly successful first project Redan Lane, with its pre-build sell out, is a landmark entry to the lower north shore market – underpinned by his desire to forge a local legacy for many generations to come.
